It's funny reading other people's comments. I especially liked the one from the guy who said it was really lousy and he couldn't find a place to park. If it really is so lousy why is it the parking lot always full'
Truth is I've had an apartment at Cottonwood Ranch for almost 3 years now. The apartments are wonderful, spacious with a lot of light. My neighbors have all been very nice. The office staff seems to genuinely care. That is RARE.
There is a very large pool and as others have said, the landscaping and trees make you feel like you are truely in a peaceful beautiful setting. The location is great. You can walk to the mall across the street. A Walmart is a block away. Intel 3 minutes from here.
And I have lived here for 3 years now and they have only raised my rent $10! Now who could complain about that''
