From the time that we moved into our apartment we have had nothing but problems with the roof leaking every time it either rains or snows. Any little drop of water seems to make it through to our apartment. The roofers have been out to our building at least twice this year fixing the same problem. Either the roofers are not doing their job or their not being called out to do their job. Anything that you get extra will cost you a hugh amount on top of what your paying for renting the apartment. Like the parking. There is not enough regular parking in front of or close to your appartment, then you have to hike 3 or 4 appartment buildings just to get to yours. It take maintence for ever to show up and just look at something let alone fix it. It seems like every problem that we have always gets fixed when we are at work. I have 3 to 4 days off in a row and nothing ever go fixed when I was there even if I waited for them.
