The Courtyards is affordable luxury. The buildings aren't the newest, however, the staff does a good job of keeping it all together. Its quite, I get a lot of space and amenities for a good price. It has lots of nice features - I really love the beach volleyball court (reminds me of my former home in Florida). Its not the Ritz, but If you want to be able to live well and enjoy your money elsewhere (i.e.nice car, savings, going out), this is the place for you. My rent includes all utilities too.
