They used to have a noise problem, not anymore. The management changed and got rid of the riff raff - you know, people who didn't pay their bills or spent all day and night partying. This place is a gem in process. They don't tolerate drunks at all hours of the nights, they keep the peace. If you're a decent person who wants to live in a safe place, conveniently located with amenities, and its cheap. Its a steal now! They even give referral bonuses of $400.
