Courtyards

I used to live at the courtyards I ended my lease early and paid the termination charge to get out of there. The manager is rude and unprofessional. When I first moved into my aparment it was not even ready. My apartment was missing the Blinds in the dining room area and the second bedroom. The bathtub was black as black could be, they came and sprayed with bathtub and it was once again white, about a week later the spray was peeling. The countertops in the bathroom and the kitchen were painted and there were paint chips everywhere. My children was constantly getting paint splinters in their hands. I complained daily to the manager and nothing was ever done. Finally I called the main office and complained to them and my counters were finally replaced. My dishwasher never worked. I had a hole in the kitchen sink. The maintence man came on a saturday to fix it he arrived around 10:15am and he did not finish until 3:30pm. It seemed as if he did not know how to do his job. One thing is for sure the maintence staff takes forever to get anything done. I lived there 5 months too long!!! I would not recommned this place to anyone. Renters beware.
