I was counting the months until my lease was up and I am so glad to be out of that place. I lived there for several years and I had seen the incompetent and very rude staff be replaced my even more incompetent and even more rude staff. Everytime it rained or snowed, my window and my roof would leak, my balcony wasn't covered, so I couldn't really enjoy it out there. When they decided to rais the rent by $50 that was the final straw! I was so sick of being there, not to mention walking up those stairs that are often dark or icy was very dangerous! I feel bad for the people in the 3 story buildings.
The pool was always out of order, so was the hot tub. When it was working, it was way too crowded. You will never get a call back from someone in the office once you are a resident there. The workout room was so small, you have to move equipment around to just be able to use one. It's suited for about one person at a time.
If you're looking for somewhere to waste money, have your car broken into or stolen and feel completley used and mistreated, then I would recommend this place!
