I lived at the apartments previously in 1999/2000 I believe, when they first open.
I am now renting agian and needless to say nothing really has changed.
Unless you consider that now the apartments are no longer new and a not very well prepared for hte new tenant.
I gave in considering I had not yet found another apt in the amount of time I needed to move and that they provided washer/dryer in the unit which I now needed. UGHHH need I say more. The apartment has had so many problems just like the last time I lived here, you would think that over the years they could have gotten there stuff together but NO they havent.
I can hear all my neighbors all around when they are just sneezing or coughing!
and the fact that pets are now allowed didnt bother me til now that I have moved in and my apt was one that had a prev pet in it!!! Now that I am in the apt you can smell the pet oder in the carpet and see stains that werent so visible when I first looked at the apt ater being freshly steam cleaned.
The over all maintenance of the grounds is nice but over all this is a NO go !!
all of the provided appliacnces malfunction if they can get them to work at all.
I have had yet again had soo many many many issues which still have yet to be resolved. I too as the other person am couting down the days til I can RUUUNNNNNNN away from here and not look back.
