This is the worst property I have ever lived in. My car has been hit here several times, I have a new car and I recommend if you have a nicer car DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! What do I mean by, this! Well to begin, this is one of the least of my worries. I have a tenant living above me; who is building something. She has excessive trash on the balcony and just tonight I had debris, in the form of a cross come crashing down on me. This is the worst rental experience of my life!!!! I moved here from San Diego and never expected such issues here in New Mexico. I have complained to the manager, her representatives several times without proper response. Sure the rent is cheap, but once again one of the golden rules come to play, what you pay for is what you get. If I were to repeat my experience here it would not be one I could publish to the public it would be one of personal exploration. But oh, please do not repeat my same mistake!!!!
