I have nothing bad to say about management of the place, but apparently everyone who lives here is new to apartment living. I live on bottom floor, you'd think my upstairs neighbor was a 2-ton elephant ... and blaring music at 6:30 a.m., you have GOT to be kidding! Actually, I hear he is in construction, so you'd think he, even more than most, would understand how apts are constructed and that his floor IS MY CEILING!!

I am WAAAYYYY too close to the pool. It is summertime and when the screaming banshees are at the pool I have to close the windows and run the a/c. Where are the parents, to tell their children screaming is not necessary to have a good time' Oh, that's right, yelling across the complex at them like some kind of lousy white trash.

So I spend money on a/c I don't want to, paid to join a gym because can never get into their facilities due to a cheap security system, can't enjoy the pool because of the heathens ... actually costing me closer to $550/mo for a 400 sq ft studio.

I would recommend only if you are extremely noise tolerant.

On the plus side, I think staff is very professional, grounds are well-kept and it's a great location ... too bad their pet policy is so strict, but their lease policy is so lax ...

Totally agree the management is good. The policies at this apartment complex are a bit lax and I have constant noise issues with my neighbors an I am on a second floor apartment. This has been the second tenant that has been loud and inconsiderate. I feel your pain

Funny thing is I've talked to neighbors that think the mgmt is on residents about everything. Guess it's all about your perspective. I am out at end of August. Mostly so can get a BIG dog, but won't miss the noise.
