Everything about Eagle Ranch was really new and great. With employer discount the rent is very reasonable. The kitchen is great--new appliances. Really good views of Albuquerque and the mountains. Hardly any insects. Big apartments. Too new for maintenance problems.

They raised rent on me for the next year. I tried to tell them I would move out unless they kept the rent the same. The "staff" said they couldnt do that. So I moved out. Stupidly on the day I gave my keys up, the "management" said that they could have worked something out to keep me there. Yeah right. Also, its a bummer 35 min drive to work into town, unless you work on that side of town.
