If you like living in a community with very little security, where the management does not inform tenants when their neighbor has been robbed at gun point, where the pool water is a glistening green and the hot tub and sauna are always down, then Eagle Ranch is the place for you! My washer didn't agitate properly, my fridge would freeze all my food on a regular basis, costing me a fortune in groceries, my fireplace wouldn't work and I had to pick hot water or heat as I couldn't get both at the same time. People grill on their balconies so you have to keep your doors and windows closed and pray nothing catches fire! The movie room projector never worked in the two years I lived there. No one seems to bother cleaning up after their dogs, or picking up their trash. The maintanence guy couldn't fix anything I asked him too so I finally gave up asking. One morning I woke up to find that someone had entered my apartment, thankfully my dog barked and woke me. When I called the office I was told it was an accident. There's never anywhere to park, even though I paid for a space every month. People park in the reserved parking area and the management are unable to do anything other than put a sticker on the vehicle. I've found myself blocked in when I'd try to leave in the morning as the fire lanes would be lined with vehicles. This place could offer a lot more for the price they expect and a new management team is a good place to start! Right now I'm waiting to get my deposit back, and they're playing games with the numbers. As there was no one at the office when I went to return my keys, I put a letter along with the keys in the drop box, no one returned my calls so there was no walk through done and I had to go back to the office to follow up with them. Although they say that everything was fine when I moved out, they're keeping part of my deposit. I am so fed up with this run around, and the shabby way they do business that I plan to sue them. Please don't move here, it's not safe and you can find something newer and more comfortable in this price range.

Thank you for your comments. I won't be moving here. If one of the few positive things is that maintenance responds quickly, that is a red flad. I don't ever want to see maintenance people, actually!
