Parking is lousy

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I've stayed here for over a year.
Maintenance requests have gotten lost several times. It'll get done though, even if you have to followup several times. Maintenance is fairly fast though, same day usually if the people at the front desk actually fill it out.
I've had several minor issues with them that I won't go into. More annoying than anything else.
They also have a tendency to water during rainstorms. The sidewalk gets special attention. Nice shower walking from car to door sometimes.
PROS:
-Great area, close to the Cottonwood Mall.
-They're responsive to your requests, when they don't lose it.
CONS:
-Huge ant problem
-Forgetful of your requests.
-They won't accept UPS or Fedex packages (with the exception of X-mas holidays).
-No parking at night, unless you want to pay $25 or $40 for a carport or garage.
-There is a huge traffic problem on Paseo del Norte. Or basically most of the area. Not the apt's fault, but something to consider if you want to move here.
Overall, things appear to be improving. Except the parking problem which seems worse.
I would probably recommend these apartments but I would suggest at the same time that people do research into other areas.
