Poor customer service

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Living at Eagle Ranch was more of a hassle than luxury. The maintenance staff was wonderful, but the leasing staff was horrible. If you call and inquire on, let's say, parking, don't expect to receive a call back. If you put in a request over the voicemail for maintenance, don't expect them to send anyone over to fix anything. I hated living there!
