I have lived at Eagle Ranch for nearly two years and love it. As I was scrolling through the web I found this website and was shocked with the reviews. I realize that problems can occur and no place is perfect but I have genuinely had a good experience while I have been here. Office is helpful and maintenance is great! I think people that typically complain, are complainers in general and really have not given Eagle Ranch a fair shake. This place is definitely worth a shot!

Thank you for the positive remarks. We have just discovered this website, after we put a deposit down. We are hoping our experience is like yours!! I agree that all problems should be dealt with in a professional manner by the leasing agents, but there are also plenty of people who just like to have something to complain about.
