The customer service is horrific at this property! I moved here from out of state and the only good experience I have had was the initial apartment tour! The leasing agents are ditzy, rude and unresponsive. I requested a light bulb to be changed because the ceilings are vaulted and it was given the brush off. My car was hit and after leaving several messages, still have yet to get a return call. The maintenance staff is very helpful if you speak directly with them, but avoid the leasing agents always! You are charged an additional fee for every "so-called" amenity including assigned parking, garages or fitness center access. After adding all this on, you can be buying a house for the same or less.

The apartments is not a luxury apartment, but a basic apartment with minimal upgrades for ridiculous rent! I moved here from Las Vegas, NV where there are real LUXURY apartments with fabulous customer service!

Do not move here unless you want a headache! The gray apartments across the street are much cheaper, but do not allow dogs! Look around and look up their reputation before putting any money down or you will live to regret it!

I feel as if this were written in poor taste. I have been a resident of Eagle Ranch for 3 years and have never found the office staff to be rude or ditzy. They have been nothing but pleasant, and helpful. For the rental market in Albuquerque, these apartments are in great condition, and worth every penny. I agree, the maintenance staff is very helpful, but so is the office staff. Then again, I don't expect much from a person who goes by the name of "hoodwinked_renter". Maybe you belong in the section 8 property across the street.

I would have to agree with you. i wrote a review about how terrible this appartment was too. i had a but problem and the girls in the office said that was normal. one day i was sitting in the office waiting to talk to the manager and i had to sit there and listen to the two girls imitating thier neihbors having sex, complete with load moaning. ver unprofesional! this is the one reason i moved back to colorado and pay just as much for a 1500 s/f town home as i did for that cracky appartment there! never rent from them! ever!!!

If you think ER is so great your piping something. As far as section 8, goes so what?? Must be ditzy yourself if you don't notice these things. Obviously you don't know what luxury is if it's ER. I seen better, but yeh I did waste time and money here..so you can laugh at that!!
