I moved in here five months ago. Since my first day I have requested 6 work orders, and only half of them have finally been satisfied. I also asked for notice of a car port, since there is NO parking here, and was told that they didn't have a notice of lease terminations and open car ports for over two months, three days later, three of my neighbors moved out...all leaving empty carports, all giving the office the required 60 day notice, and all completely disgruntled with the complex. I have had appliances break (some still not working), carpets flooded, water lines not hooked up, ANTS (called three times for exterminator he only came once), and now a smoke smell coming in through the bathroom and covering the entire apartment (including food and clothes). They offered to put foam in all the vents (didn't help) and ozone the apartment which would require me to leave my home for more than 8 hours only to remove the smell not seal the "already sealed" apartments. These "luxury" apartments lack any kind of luxury that your checkbook will pay eventually pay for. Do yourself a favor and keep looking somewhere, anywhere else but here!
