Office staff is rude. I moved into my apartment and noticed a shampoo'd carpet. Within a day, stains started to appear. A few days later, the carpet was full of stains and developed a foul odor. I kept using rug powder to no avail. Six months into my lease, the maintence guy (the only professional person in the complex) offered to have it replaced. He took action, because he was called in to fix our refrigerator, and we pointed out how bad the carpet was. Also, the first week I moved in, my washer didn't work and water was spraying everywhere. I moved in November, by Thanksgiving, I had no heat. I called the office, and awaited 4 day!!! Monday after Thanksgiving, the office staff contacted me to tell me that they forgot to notify maintenence and that someone would be there to fix it. Heat is an emergency in Albuquerque climate. Anytime, you need assistance, the staff is unresponsive. Thus far, my heating, washer, refrigerator, and garbage disposal have had to be fixed.
There is also no security. A few times I have had to contact their security line due to neighborhood disturbances, only to have someone answer and state that they would send someone. That someone never comes.
There is also a bad ant problem. Ants are all over kitchen! I have also had a few roaches.
Look for somewhere else to live.

As a former tenant, I found the office staff, especially the Manager completely incompetent. I also agree with this reviewer about the lack of security (and it is sorely needed). ER was bad when I lived there in 2005 but these reviews indicate that it has gone even further downhill.
