The apartments here are beautiful but the negatives outweigh the positives... I love the fireplace, kitchen, patio, washing machine but... What is the point of living in a nice place if you can hear your neighbors beating their young children and blasting their sound system while the bass shakes you in your seat' The property manager is also difficult to work with. He refused to let us transfer to a different unit when we lost our peace and enjoyment as a result of the noise. FYI you must fulfill 50% of your lease before you are allowed to transfer units regardless of the circumstances in addition to a $500 transfer fee. Yes, if you are in a horrible situation with bad neighbors they will require you to put up with it for months before they will do anything. The manager also refused to help us because we did not want to mediate with our neighbors with the manager as the "neutral party." I'm sorry, management doesn't want to have to get me a new apartment under any circumstances and they don't want to evict even a bad tenant when that means filling a $900/month apartment during a recession. You can certainly do better than Eagle Ranch. Save yourself some money and pain by finding somewhere else to live.

I lived at Eagle Ranch several years ago and the management company, manager, and staff are horrible. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone other than my worst enemy.

I didn't even live in these apartments and I had problems with them too. My husband and I were in need of an apartment asap, because my previous lease was expiring. We put a hold on an apartment, but never signed a lease or contract. We were told they would contact us within 3 days to say if we approved for the apartment. After 4 days I called and they said they were waiting on the background check, and would be in touch. I was actually told, don't call us, we will call you. Months went on and we found a different apartment, we got a call 10 days after we needed to move in to ask if we were coming in. We said no, and got charged for breach of contract, and had to pay half a months rent for thier mistake. When asked for the record of them calling us, it was written on a post it note. SERIOUSLY?!?! We fought with them for 6 months and said talk to my lawyer. A year and a half later we got a letter from a collection agency, stating we owe them money. We paid the collection agency just so we won't have to deal with them. The collection agent even said what they did was jacked up. Apartment manangment was horrendous!
