I have lived here for two years now and haven t really had any problems. When I have maintenance issues the guys are quick to respond and the girls in the office are really friendly. I ve recommended my friends here and got money out of it. No complaints here

Regardless, the Better Business Bureau gave Eagle Ranch an F: (http://www.newmexicoandsouthwestcolorado.bbb.org/Home.aspx) which they define as: "We strongly question the company??s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law??s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company??s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices."
