I am a current resident at Eagle Ranch and I have to say that it is the best place I have lived in Albuquerque. The office staff is very helpful and very friendly. Maintenance is prompt and efficient as well. I would recommend Eagle Ranch to anyone. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

Eagle Ranch must have a lot of vacancies and the staff is rating the place high in an attempt to fill them. How else can a place go from 25% approval to 40% in 4 months. I guess its one tactic that may work in the rental business but, in all honesty, this is one place you DO NOT want to live.

Oh I know why the rating went up, its called "The Staff" ratingings. Us as residents know how bad it is here. Is this what you all do all day to get people to come in is submit comments instead of taking care of paperwork?
