The worst Management Staff

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I moved in the Enclave thinking that it would be a great place to dwell. However, soon after I found out I was sadly incorrect.
Six months into my lease my apartment was flooded due to a malfunction in the sprinkler system. Note: Most of building 11 was affected. I found out later that this was an issue that the Enclave was notorious for. I had to fight with Brenda tooth and nail to resolve the issue. I was forced to evacuate my apartment for nearly 2 weeks. Brenda stated that I had the option of living in the apartment so she felt it was unnecessary to prorate my rent. Keep in mind, no carpet, damp, and a stench of mildew. This was only one and the worst of four incidents I had with her.
Brenda, the manager, has no sense of what it takes to keep her tenants happy. It was a constant battle to get anything accomplished with her. I heard many times from other tenants she was not fit to run a facility such as this.
I fortunately was able to buy a home this past month and I am so pleased never to have to deal with such ignorant management staff with no sense of customer service. I have sense been very conscious about making sure anyone I know that is looking for a place to stay knows about my terrible experiences at this facility.
Word of mouth is the most effective form of advertisement and I think Brenda fails to realize this.
