the apartments are very spacious and everything worked. they go up on the rent frequently and are constantly changing staff members in the office but the maintenance guys are very friendly. you can use the weightroom anytime because no one is really ever there. make sure you get an upstairs apt though because it sounds like elephants are stomping around. you can't really hear the people next to you though. parking is so so-better to pay for a carport. great westside location-everything you need is only a few blocks in any direction. I assure you I am not a staff member-and I am a very picky person and definitely the first to complain about everything, but this was actually a decent apartment and I would recommend it-not too long term though 'cause you can rent a fabulous house on the westside for about the same money.
