Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I asked about terminating my lease and got one story. The next day, they call my co-signor and say they are charging me a higher rate and my lease is not valid. Day after that, I question their phone call and they say my lease is valid. '' Either it is or it isn't! I talked to the community manager and within a minute she mentioned a court would uphold the lease. I felt broadsided. Needless to say, I'm thinking it's worth the termination fee to not deal with her again!
