AWESOME FLOORPLANS, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

I certainly agree with how poor the customer service is here. I've been complaining for the past 4 months to the office about getting little things fixed in my apartment. I've written a letter, sent an email, and complained every time I turn in my rent check---and still the office has not replied. they always give me excuses.
I LOVE my apartment layout, nothing else compares to the size. Especially the kitchen, utility room, bathrooms and closets!
I do know however there is security. I have seen the security car patroling the complex at night. I've even been approached by them. I dont know if there's really constant partying that goes on there. Its usually pretty quiet on my side.
Its an awesome price for the size and quality of the apartments, BUT MANAGEMENT SUCKS!
