The Management is horrible, I signed a seven month lease with this property, I had already paid in advance for these seven months and did not arrive at these premises until a month after. When I did, I found the apartment in terrible condition, the toilets were very dirty, there were chips in the sinks, one of the sinks (the one in the master bedroom needed to be replaced, and these people waited for me to be there to do it), the condition of the apartment is general was terrible. I am leaving now after these seven months, and one of the washers in the complex (the complex has over 100 units) has been broken exactly for a whole month and still has not been fixed. I reported this incident to the Manager of the complex Mrs. Vanessa Helton (who never returns phone calls) and as I said before it has been actually today over a month and the washing machine has not been repaired.

This is an adult only type of complex. No accomodations for children. The managers are snobs. My apartment gets four months of cotton wood fibers at my door. Repairs can take forever. Mail delivery is often late, 5pm or later.

Luckily the worthless manager Vanessa is gone. She would somehow "lose" my rent checks and would result in late fees. When I reported her to the BBB, she denied everything, and they took her side! Other than that, I cannot complain. It's a very quiet community, just wish they had a workout room.
