Awesome place

Pros:
Rent is reasonable for this area. Lots of lush landscaping. Adequate parking, easy access to freeway, grocery shopping, gas stations, laundry facilities, gated access. Maintence responds to emergencies immediately. New management is wonderful, great improvement and better communication with residents. Neighbors are friendly and quiet for the most part. Feel very safe in this community. A few officers from APD are residents here as well. Awesome views of the Sandias!
Cons:
Not a good community for children. Occassionally have to return a stray 5 year old to his parents. Second floor neighbor likes to do jumping jacks at 2 am. Many cottonwood trees surround complex and there is a constant snow of cotton during spring/summer months. Landscaping company hired to maintain grounds like to blow leaves and debris ON my patio, I feel very suspicious when they are here. Noisy when upstairs neighbors are coming down the stairs.
