Eh.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
I lived here for about 8 months. It was nice for the first 3 or so, then the apartment started to fall apart, and what with the shoddy maintenance, nothing got fixed unless I twisted some arms and made some threats. I never got the replacement screen door I asked for at move in, my faucets didn't turn off unless turned off under the sink, my window blinds shrieked when I tried to pull them up. My AC fan broke in the middle of the summer and it took them three days to come and replace it. The molding on the patio roof fell down on many apartments over the summer, their solution was to paint the exposed area the same color as the rest of the molding. My neighbors were pretty quiet, but any "outside" walls were poorly insulated, thus I heard everything happening in the parking lot and neighboring complex when in my bedroom.
They're okay, all in all, but certainly not worth the absorbent rent.
