These were the worst apartments that I've ever lived in!! there are roaches everywhere! The people aren't very friendly. The office staff is horrible!! There's always garbage lying around from the neighbors. There's alway weirdos in the park that is behind the apartment complex. I know you cannot control who walks around but it is not a good feeling regardless! I can't wait for my lease to be over! The bus stop is awful! there's always homeless people walking around. At night you actually can hear gun shots. I should have taken the other two comments seriously before I even moved in here! I would not recommend anyone living here! I cannot wait to get out of this dump!!

This review is laughable at best. I have never had a cockroach in my apartment. The occasional spider, which the bug guy takes care of. Everyone I have ever encountered has been super-friendly. I take my dog out to the park all the time and have never has any problems. There are people who are less than normal there, but it is a CITY park, a reflection of the city we live in, not my apartment. The apartments are gated and I never have seen any "wierdos" walking around in the complex. I don't ride the bus, but how bad could it be? People are waiting for the bus, so what. The gun shots comment has to be BS, I have never heard anything of the sort and I've lived here over 4 years. I am not deaf and I like to have my windows open and quite often do. Is this guy in a one or two bedroom? I hope a two bedroom, I want to move into a bigger apartment this summer. If this person thinks this place is a dump, I want to see what he thinks is better. I shopped around and have friends who live further up Tramway. I wouldn't live anywhere else and my friends love coming over especially during the summer when we like to barbecue at the pool.

I'd have to agree with you on this also! I've never had a cockroach problem, I think I've had one in the 3 years I've lived there. You can't avoid them. I've never heard gunshots either, but most people confuse gunshots with a car backfiring. I hate when I see reviews like this. Hunters ridge is the best complex in the city. And to the original poster, I hope you move really soon, especially if you are my upstairs neighbor. =)
