We've been living here for almost 5 months and have already received 3 written noise complaints from our downstairs neighbor. We don't make any more noise than is normal, however we keep getting these complaints. I came across some of these reviews and noticed that there is a consensus that the walls and ceiling as very thin, allowing your neighbors to hear everything. Especially if they live on the first floor and you live on the second (as is the case with us). So if you want your neighbors to hear everything you do and complain about you to property management, then you should live here... otherwise, just avoid La Mirage.
The other thing that sucks is parking... if you come home late (usually after 6pm!) it is difficult to find a spot near your apartment unless you pay for a covered parking spot.
