First of all, you idiots who moan about parking should've live in the back part.
I have NO problem parking at all.
Even late nights, weekend, etc.
And those that park on the street are inviting break-ins to happen.
Second of all, I do hear the occasional loud music, etc.
etc.
to deal with, but its not that bad at all.
And thirdly, never live on the 1st or 2nd floor.
Always go for the topmost floor(either 2nd or 3rd depending on your building).
And fourthly, its a FREAKING APT COMPLEX.
