They are fixing the water piping in all of the apartments and there were 12 holes in my apartment, and I couldn't even use 1/2 of my home for over 2 weeks. The wholes made it impossible to heat the apartment and I could smell the smoke from the next door nabour because there was a direct hole from my apartment to her's in the roof! My garbage disposal has been broke for over 2 months and they keep telling me they are working on it. The dust from all the construction inside the house clogged the drains and people come in my house with out telling me they are comming! The office manager even sent scouts out one day to knock on my door to see if I was home so they could come in. AND my apartment was flooded a couple of months ago and they never cleaned the carpets or anything.

If you read some of the older comments you can see that people had plumbing problems and they are JUST NOW fixing the pipes!! Wow. A definite no here! Thank you for your comments!!

Lived there for almost 6 months. After moved out and cleaned the apartment manager Amanda Patten and Vicki Eallange lied to me saying I've left the bath tub, gas oven and refrigirator dirty. Which is a lie. I've paid La Mirage $1,400.00 because I've left earlier than in the contract and now they are charging me an extra $24.00 for dirty appliances. These people suck. And when I called them they are yelling at me on the phone and threatening me that if I don't pay the $24.00 they'll put it on my credit history. I've asked them to send me pictures about dirty appliances they've hung up the phone on me. Unprofessional, lying management. Most horrible experience in my life.
