Shotty maintenance, apartment was dirty at move-in (hairs in bathroom!), people upstairs would shake the ceiling fans while walking, if people upstairs flushed the toilet I would get ice water in the shower

Lived there for almost 6 months. After moved out and cleaned the apartment manager Amanda Patten and Vicki Eallange lied to me saying I've left the bath tub, gas oven and refrigirator dirty. Which is a lie. I've paid La Mirage $1,400.00 because I've left earlier than in the contract and now they are charging me an extra $24.00 for dirty appliances. These people suck. And when I called them they are yelling at me on the phone and threatening me that if I don't pay the $24.00 they'll put it on my credit history. I've asked them to send me pictures about dirty appliances they've hung up the phone on me. Unprofessional, lying management. Most horrible experience in my life.

I am a current resident and I can also say that I have been promised things by the management here never happened and when I followed up to find out what was happening they acted like the conversation where they made the promise never happened.

I am a new resident and had semilar problems. When we first started the process we were promised many deals and consetions but none were followed through. Including: a clean apartment, waived application fees, and a requested move in date.
