office staff not helpful or very bright.
lots of pipes left uncovered all over the grounds of the entire community.
loud and very low class.

I don't know if you're posting this under the right complex, but I don't know what you're talking about. The management here is so awesome, especially Tiffany. I haven't seen any uncovered pipes on the grounds, either. The only issue that I have here is that the parking is ridiculous. I have never had a problem with any of the other residents and the overall quality of the apartments is very good. :)
