This apartment is pretty nice, but your repairs may take a bit longer than they tell you they will take.

The apartment staff is nice, but when they tell you when to expect repairs to be completed they don't always give you the accurate time frame as to when the repairs really will be completed. It would be better if they told you that it will take two weeks than them saying that it will be fixed tomorrow and maintenance never coming to fix it. We had to complain five times before anything was done.

Other than this, the apartments are nice. The features(such as the oven and dishwasher) are really old, but they work.

Summary:

-The complex itself is very nice and stays quiet.
-The apartment could use new features, but the current ones are definitely usable. The walls are paper thin, so you hear everything that your neighbors upstairs are doing.
-The apartment staff are very friendly, but sometimes may give inaccurate information. They also only seem to be attentive if you complain a lot.
-Parking is ample and well lit.
-Grounds and construction are attractive.
-Maintenance does a very good job when they show up.

To the author of this review: My intention is not to dispute your opinions, I am just relating them into what I experienced. "The complex itself is very nice and stays quiet.": The walls and ceilings are paper thin and I could pretty much hear my neighbors normal conversations. I could *always* hear their TV's and since I lived on the bottom floor i heard *every* footstep they took. I could hear them vacuuming. I could hear it when they dropped silverware in their kitchen. That's not counting, I guess, the vehicles driving by with bass that rattled my windows, or the college students on the other side of the courtyard partying almost every night all summer. Hard to get a baby to sleep when you mix that with paper thin walls. Sounds like a great place already! "The apartment could use new features, but the current ones are definitely usable." Translated into my own experience: It was tough to tell which was older... me or the fridge. "Parking is ample and well lit." Yes, it's lit. Ample, not so much. I got so tired of having to walk forever and having my wife, at night, with my kids walk that I finally paid an extra $60 a month for parking. Extortion. They took all the good spots, put cheap covers on them and charge to park. "Maintenance does a very good job." My apartment was is such poor condition when I moved in it took maintenance almost 2 weeks to make it livable... and to add insult I left the apartment in *much* better condition than I got it in and they still took my security deposit. Just my experience. I am happy though that yours was nowhere near as bad.
