My family and I moved to La Mirge in May 2008 and have loved it from the beginning. From our first visit to La Mirage the staff has always been so friendly and you really feel that they truly care about your needs. We have only put in a few requests for work to be done in our apartment, but each time the maintenance staff has responded timely and were very professional. The office staff even called to make sure everything had been fixed for us!

We have lived in our share of apartments over the years and we have never felt that we were part of a community like we do here at La Mirage. We have become friends with many neighbors and have enjoyed time with the office staff and others who live here at La Mirage during community get togethers like the annual Halloween party!

The grounds at La Mirage were something that really drew us here. Huge trees and lots of grassy areas make it seem like an escape from the city. The staff is always making sure the grounds look their best and it shows! They have two swimming pools here and one with a kiddy pool and playground, which our kids love! We also like the fact that the fitness center here is open 24/7. Extremely convenient!

Parking here seems to fill up pretty quickly and we have had to park a few buildings down from ours, but it always is well lit in the parking lot and never too much of an inconvenience to walk.

I would definitely reccommend living at La Mirage to anyone looking for a nice place to live in Albuquerque!

Ummm.... not trying to be disrespectful in any way but were you paid in any way to say that? Related to any of the office staff? I think after living there longer than 7 months you haven't experienced the true horror that is La Mirage. You will find that the office staff readily lies. If you live on the bottom floor or are unlucky enough to have loud neighbors you will find the walls and ceilings are paper thin and they will do *nothing* about it (but make claim that a fix is in the works... always next month...). As the final insult, they lied about the status of my apartment when I moved out since I had a professional company come in to clean and it was *perfect* and I still only got $30 of my deposit back (add thief to liar). I too have lived in my fair share of apartments but the 3bdrm $700/month all utilities paid down Montgomery treated their tenants better. Luxury my ass.

I have to agree with the other person, i had to report to corporate before they fixed half of what needed to be fixed in my apartment, plus the tile is coming up on the floor, the cabinets need to be replaced, our thermostat is loose so it barely works, the person above me is noisy as all heck and i've told them twice about it and have yet to see anything being done about it. They have repetively made mistakes when adding my rent, for lack of better words they are all ditzy as hell and misplace paperwork and very rarely ever remember anything and the worst ripoff is them showing you their model apartments which are renovated, and when you walk into the actual apartment your going to reside in it looks absolutely NOTHING like what they show you and needs remodeling bad and i find the fact that they allow everyone to have an unlimited amount of vehicles to each apartment ridiculous because there is never any parking and the whole fact that you have to park two buildings away is ridiculous especially when you have to be carrying groceries back to your apartment. Monkeys could run apartments better and have more sense then their managment and i find the whole complex a complete rip off
