I have lived here for 2.5 years and i am really sad to have to leave.
I loved it here.
The only thing i would change is the rate in which work orders are answered.
They were slow, but i got to know Lou, the main maintenance guy and he would keep me updated and he never seemed to forget what I needed.
Amanda, the manager, is amazing.
She would always say hi to me by name whenever she saw me.
I got to know all of my neighbors and they are all amazing.
Security was stepped up after a series of car break ins.
My car was broken into three times, after the third time quite a few other cars were hit that same week and i could tell there was an effort with the increased security.
Just needs more lighting in between buildings as it gets really shadowed and easy for lukers (not that there ever were any).
I can see how parking could be a problem, but i lived in the back of the complex so there was always plenty of parking.
I never heard any crazy parties going on, it was just a great place to live.
