Poor customer service and incompetent management

The management is poor and incompetent. They cannot prorate the rent acurately when we first moved in, and they attempted to over-charge amounts that are not on the lease agreement. Furthermore, they tried to charge late fees when correct amount was paid. When we tried to communicate the problem with the manager, she could not explain the extra charges and was unwilling to help. We had to explain to her the mistakes for her to understand. Apparently, math skills are not required for a manager.
Other than that, we had experienced occasional lack of parking spaces. Moreover, we could hear loud neighbors from across the courtyard screaming and partying in the middle of the night (3 or 4 am) on weekdays. As far as safety is concerned, our neighbor had his vehicle stolen from the parking lot.
Overall, the apartment itself is pleasant with good natural lighting. The building and landscape were well kept, and the maintainance staff were friendly, unlike the management.
