Looks fine outside. Rented based on web photos of apartment and calls/questions to leasing. Photos were much better than what I got. Leasing said my apt overlooked pool but it was in a dark corner facing an embankment and wall. Barebones cheap old appliances. Drains slow after drain cleaner and plunging. All faucets worn out washers. Come home early or be prepared to walk- parking is scarce at night. Some sidewalks dimly lit and rock covered. Leasing said had concrete slabs between floors, can't hear people above you-but moved in to find can hear water, toilets, walking, TVs, stereos and the infamous squeeking bed like it was in the same room. Management acts friendly until you present any issue, then get defensive, uncooperative and borderline hostile. Very disappointed.
