Grounds, pool and maintenance generally very good. Good view and natural light in my apt. Security has gone down hill over the last year: abandoned cars in parking lot for months and not towed away; much trespassing on weekends, non-residents using grounds like public park; response by "courtesy patrol" slow or non-existent. One guy caused much trouble and damage, mgt. let him stay until cops finally took him away.
