I've never had any problems since moving in almost a year ago. My 1 bedroom apartment is very spacious and the appliances are all pretty new. I hardly ever hear my neighbors. Maintainance has been very helpful when I needed them, which hasn't been often. Office staff always seems polite and helpful. The ground are beautiful and have nice open spaces. I have never felt unsafe or heard of crime problems. The only complaint I have is that parking can be scarce, but that completely depends on what area of the complex you are in.
