My family moved here last fall and when we first moved in it was a quiet and nice place to live. Then the property was sold and anouther manager was hired-since then we have witnessed the following: drug use by residents, renting to illegal aliens, vandalism, people sleeping in the dumpsters, excessive noise and parties, and worst of all-one of our cars was stolen and the other was broken into and gutted. There is no security. There is an after hours "courtesy patrol", but they take forever to even show up and they often are intimidated by the people they are supposed to ask to leave or be quiet and they leave without completing the task.

We have a small child and we are now afraid for our safety. We will not be renewing our lease.

The lease they use is also very pro-owner with no recourse for residents, so read carefully.
