I think the apartments here are some of the best in ABQ. The layout is roomy and the apartment is new. The leasing office is great, and all regular maintenance requests are guaranteed to be completed within 24 hours. Never had a problem here. The pool and gym and relatively small, but I never use either anyway. Only bad thing is that there is not more covered parking available near all the buildings, so you may have to walk a bit if you want covered parking or a garage.
