Advantages: Located at one of the best part of the city- safe neighborhood, great views of the Sandia Mountains to the east and of the city to the west. Maintenance requests always completed in timely fashion and to my satisfaction. Relatively new and clean units. Spacious floorplan. W/D in all units.
Disadvantages: Noisy neighbors at times. Complaints to management about loud booming music from neighbor unresolved until that neighbor finally moved out. Not much noise problems since, except occasionally from the heavy-footed neighbor upstairs. May be a bit pricy. Would have liked more covered parking/garage near by.
