We moved in in December, 2006. So far, we really enjoy it. Our apartment is bright, with lots of windows, reasonably kept up. I've found the management friendly and dependable. The grounds are nice, and the neighbors seem professional, pleasant, quiet, courteous and thoughtful.
We're in building 10, and our experience with solicitors has been non-existent. As to the traffic, we find it quite reasonable and easy to navigate. I work in downtown Albuquerque and am able to catch a commuter bus to work. Public transit is limited up here, but catching the bus, I'm downtown in 30 minutes. Several grocery stores are around, including Albertson's right across the street. Within a month, we should have both a Starbucks and an Einstein's Bagels.
