I have lived here going on almost a year and half. I am a great renter and have gotten treated like crap alot. The thugs/drug dealers get treated better then I have. The office workers seem to favor thuggish types, single mothers, minorities and old people. Odd combination but true.

A thug tried to break into my vehicle and I caught him. Someone got shot on second floor next to me. A person down from me had their apartment broken into lately with a safety letter sent out to everyone. The pond near phase II is filled with trash and slim..they might finally be fixing it but who knows. Drug dealers hang on the second floor near the gate and monitor who goes in and out. The management threatened to kick me out if I was one day late on rent because they changed it from the 3rd to the 1st after 1 year of being here right after I renewed a 6 month..yet I come in the next day and they were giving a thug 2 weeks to pay up who was new there.

I feel the treatment here is very BIASED, not equal and the quality of life is determined by what "Phase" they choose to put you in. I say they "choose"..they "steer" people into groups or whatever they feel appropriate. I unfortunately got "phase II near the sonic and goodwill end.

I do not know what police reports say but from personally experience I know this place is not safe..atleast on my end. The part near the office seems decent but they would not "steer" me in that direction.
