I lived in these apartments for 8 months and it was terrible. I was given a "loaner" apartment on the day of move in because my apartment wasnt ready. Then there was a bee infestation.. IN my apartment, they didnt take care of it for 8 days, I had to catch the bees with a toy net my child had and keep them in tupperware to show the bug man... who never came. The maintanance men finally came and sprayed raid. My child couldnt take a decent shower, the water fluxuated between scalding hot and freezing cold. there is trash everywhere, and beer bottles lying around the property the elevator is allways full of urine and trash. homeless sleep on the lawn outside the gates, my car was broken into and there was a rape, several burgluries and a stabbing when i lived there. my son found a bag of weed outside at the bottom of the stairs. Its like a huge dirty disrespectful dangerous ghetto frat house, with people standing on the walkways, music blairing, drinking and drug use... this is the most terrible place I have ever lived and i regrett every second of it.. I wish i had the means to get out before I did... the 900 dollar lease break fee was more than worth it...
