OVERVIEW - Lived here for three years in Phase 1 (near the office).

MANAGEMENT - The management team was non-responsive, mean, and many times, verbally abusive. We noticed that we received one level of service yet people of hispanic heritage received much higher level of service.

MAINTENANCE - At one point, due to drainage issues outside the buildling that were not corrected, we had mushrooms growing in our carpet. We had to put all our leather furniture on blocks to keep it from being ruined. It took a threatening letter from our attorney for the management team to respond to our complaints.

The toilet stopped working and when the maintenance team replaced the toilet, they took all the human waste and used toilet paper that had plugged up the toilet, put in the bathtub and pulled the shower curtain closed. I had a pile of human waste in my bathtub when I prepared to shower that evening.

At that time the ponds (they are NOT lakes) were inhabited by a flock of ducks. They defecated on every surface that was NEAR ground level. I fell several times as a result of slipping in duck poop on my patio.

SECURITY - Our car was broken into 5 times while living here. Upstairs there were two shootings and numerous domestic disturbances that required calling the police.

I worked nights and would come in from work about 3 am when I would frequently find the security force asleep on the clubhouse pool tables. Several times I had to call my husband on my cell phone to meet me at the gate because I felt threatened by the people standing near the gate after dark.

CHECK OUT THE POLICE LOGS BEFORE MOVING INTO ANY APARTMENT COMPLEX, but particularly this one.
