When I first saw these apartments, I loved them! Very nice interior, and there didn't seem to be anything wrong. Until..... Little kids screaming and playing outside until 10pm or later, peeing in the elevator, (gross!) disrespectful comments, and no supervision from their parents. There is a major mildew problem. They stress in the lease to use the fans to prevent mildew, but the little "plug in fan" they "install" in the bathrooms are ridiculous. They do NOT work at all. There is poor ventilation and no way for the shower steam to get out. Walls are paper thin and you can hear other tenant's music, coughing, snoring, sex noises, and everything else that goes on in their apartment. Kitchen is very small and not very versatile, not room for a trash can or to open the fridge all the way. There are constantly rocks in the door... what is the point in paying for a gated community when the door is always open. Very nice apartments, but they let some VERY "tacky" people live here. If you are going to live here, I recommend only signing a short lease... more than likely you will change your mind.

These apartments are horrible!! They look really nice and inviting, but don't be fooled!! The staff very inconsiderate and useless. The air conditioning went out in Phase 2 for 3 days and 4 nights (and thats just the most recent) The hot water works occassionally...and goes out at the most convenient times (like early in the morning when the staff is not there, maintenance dosen't care and you're trying to get ready for work) These are the worst apartments I've ever lived in, and the worst management I've ever dealt with!!

I like to respond to the anonymous writer for 7-31-2009, obviously you have never lived in a apartment community when things like air conditioning go out you can not snap your fingers and expect it to work. At the time of the outage there were over a 160 apartments out of air because of the lighting stike to the panel. Notices were given and over $600 worth of fans were purchased for the residents who needed them. There were also well checks given to the elderly and those with children. The majority of the residents understood and were apprecitive of all the things that were done. It is only a few like your self that expect instant gradification. I would like for this person to stand in the shoes of the management and deal with the 300 people that had no air that day. I would like to give the property and managment team an A there has been some changes in staffing but i feel it is for the best!!
