lincoln heights apartments are cheap and nasty. i had a break in almost every other week and when i told the apartment manager about it she never helped one bit. from the hours of 4 pm to 6 am there is no parking at all. secuity is hardly ever there when you call them sometimes they never show up or come 5 hours later. i will never move back into this place ever again!
