Los Terrones is the most magical place in all of Albuquerque one could live.

Los Terrones are historically marked, authentic and beautiful adobe casitas coming in single, duplex or quadplex units.
There is an expansive common open sapce which is well maintained and lovely to enjoy.
The property is walking distance to my favorite NM winery as well as nostalgic irrigation ditch paths - great for afternoon walks.
I only wish they allowed dogs, for I would move back to NM and live there the rest of my life!

The setting of Los Terrones really is quite beautiful and unique. However, the owner Tony Jeffries is a shitbag, and his most recent property manager was a creep. So, if you're willing to pay the somewhat exorbitant rent for the privilege of living somewhere unique, then you may well be happy here.
